Hassan Lasun, widely known as Otunba Ororo 1, is a multiple award-winning OnAir Personality, Radio & TV Host, Media Entrepreneur, Entertainment Consultant,

Event Host, Hype MC, Artist Manager, Brand Influencer, and CEO of Tushplanet

International Ltd.

His broadcasting journey began at Lagos State University (LASU) before

professionally launching in Benin City. In 2010, he joined Radio Nigeria (Bronze FM)

as a contract staff and steadily built his career through dedication and innovation.

In 2016, he became a pioneer staff of Speed 96.9 FM Benin, where he created iconic

programs such as “Dey Ur Lane”and “Mind2Mind”, which left a lasting impact on the

station’s identity.

In 2022, he transitioned to a bigger phase at Independent Television and Radio

(ITV/Radio), where he currently serves as one of the station’s most recognizable

voices.

With over a decade of experience, Otunba Ororo 1 is celebrated for his charisma,

originality, and deep connection with audiences. Known as the “Lord of the Radio”

and “Radio Vibration Gad”, he has proudly put Benin City (052) on the media map.

Beyond broadcasting, he is a devoted husband, father, mentor, and community

builder whose passion lies in empowering the next generation of media

professionals.
